KC Contractor Quote Check reviews contractor quotes and related documents you send us and gives a written opinion based on construction experience and typical local pricing. Document review, not an inspection or guarantee.
We do not inspect property, verify code compliance, structural soundness or workmanship, act as your contractor, or provide legal, engineering or insurance advice. We don't guarantee any price, outcome or contractor performance. All decisions are yours.
Paid reviews are flat fees paid online by card through Stripe before work begins. The free gut check is free with no obligation.
Full refund if we can't review your quote (unreadable, incomplete, or outside what we cover). If you request a refund before we start, we'll refund in full. Once a review is delivered it is non-refundable, but email us if something's wrong and we'll make it right. Refunds go back to the original card.
We take no referral fees or commissions from contractors and don't bid on jobs we review.
No calls needed. Everything happens by email and online. We communicate by email at kcquotecheck@gmail.com.
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any review is limited to the fee you paid for it.
KC Contractor Quote Check is operated by GJL Enterprises LLC, a Missouri limited liability company.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clay County, Missouri.
